Ready to Save Money?
At Eco Partners we aim to make your purchase process as simple as possible, with our 8-Step Purchase Plan…
STEP 1: Click Here to arrange a convenient time to speak with one of our expert assessors.
STEP 2: On The Assessment Call, we will discuss your individual needs and circumstances. We will carry out a remote survey of your roof to determine whether a Solar System will be suitable for your needs. If you can have your electrical energy usage to hand in Kilowatt Hours (kWh) this will be incredibly helpful – A recent bill should show this information.
STEP 3: We will then prepare a full proposal that we will send to you by email, detailing the costs, products, about us, timescales, and suggested energy production.
STEP 4: If you decide to proceed we will send a contract for you to sign and details of the deposit required to secure the order.
STEP 5: On receipt of the order form we will instruct a Technical Surveyor who will arrange to contact you within 3 -5 business days and book an ‘ Onsite Survey’.
STEP 6: We will send you a full technical survey once received from the surveyor and book the Install. This is usually 6 – 8 weeks from your order being received.
STEP 7: Install takes place – This takes approximately 2-3 days.
STEP 8: Once your system has been fitted, you can begin monitoring your energy via the GivEnergy Monitoring Portal.
