A while ago we wrote a post stating that we were working on developing our free to use app for client, well, we’re delighted to announce it is now live!
Available on both Android and iPhone, our app makes communicating with us even quicker and easier.
There are a whole host of features available, but the main ones are:
- Get instant notifications if faults arise
- Get in touch with a technician via the chat facility
- Log into your Enlighten
- Troubleshoot any issues
- View our full product range
- Keep in touch with our latest offers
Using the app is simple. You will be asked to create a login using your first name, last name, email address and a chosen password.
Your email address will then be your assigned username.
Once in it’s easy to navigate your way around, just make sure to enable all notifications – don’t worry, we won’t spam you, this is so we can contact you immediately if an issue arises with your solar panels.
To do this press ‘about’ in the top right of the screen, then click the settings button and make sure all three notification types are enabled (global notifications, local area announcements and location-based notifications).
You can easily access the Enlighten platform through the Eco Partners app. It is the 4th tab along the bottom. Simply input your Enlighten login details and you’re in! Please note – your enlighten login details are not necessarily the same as the login details to the EcoPartners app. But don’t worry, you just have to login once and then access is easy.
